Reservations to book the guest suite are required in advance and must be confirmed. The suite consists of a spacious bedroom with one, queen-sized bed, a small library, and a private bathroom. Only one suite is available for a maximum occupancy of two adults. Please check the availability calendar to see if the suite is currently booked for the dates you seek.
Please email, call (802-540-0466) or complete the reservation form below to inquire about a reservation. Once confirmed, a minimum deposit of one night's stay will be required to hold the reservation. We accept checks, money orders, or credit card payments through Pay Pal.
Please note that a two-night minimum stay applies to certain weekends and holidays. These are: UVM graduation weekend, Burlington Marathon/ Memorial Day, Labor Day, UVM parents weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Cancellation Policy. You may cancel the reservation within 14 days of your arrival date and receive a 100% refund of your deposit, minus a $20 processing fee. If your cancellation is received 13 days or less prior to arrival, you are responsible for payment of the entire reservation amount, unless the nights are resold. A processing/cancellation fee of $20 applies even if the suite is resold.
Check-In time is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. (Late arrivals/departures may be accommodated by arrangement).
