Elmwood Guest House offers one, three-room suite between $145-$165 per night. The suite has a queen-sized bed. Maximum occupancy is two adults.
An 11% rooms and meals tax is added to the rate per night.
No minimum stay required for most weekends, with the following exceptions which do require a two-night minimum stay: UVM graduation weekend, Burlington Marathon/ Memorial Day, Labor Day, UVM parents weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Reduced rate are applied for reservations of four or more consecutive nights; please inquire.
A $20 charge is imposed for lost room keys. Full Breakfast - Optional
Burlington offers many great destinations for breakfast! Therefore, your suite is stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, and assorted snacks to get your morning started before you head out for a later brunch or lunch in Burlington.
A full breakfast in the Dining Room may also be reserved if you prefer. This option must be requested at check-in. The full breakfast can be arranged at a time of your choice between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
An additional charge of $10 per person (plus tax) will be added to your daily room rate if a full breakfast is reserved.
